I’m Tom Chiew, a real estate negotiator with Aczeon Properties, REN 19992. I have 14 years of experience in Johor industrial property, supporting businesses with factory rental, purchase and manufacturing site selection.
I work with local and overseas companies to translate their production requirements into a practical property brief. This includes floor area, power demand, clear height, floor loading, container access, location and the intended production date.
My role is to help shortlist options, arrange viewings, clarify property information with owners and developers, and coordinate commercial discussions. Legal, engineering and approval matters are referred to the relevant qualified professionals and authorities for confirmation.

- Factory search, commercial coordination and completion of the property transaction.
- Proposed an additional site entrance and exit to address an operational issue connected with the client’s LMW application.
- Coordinated renovation drawing submission, fire approval, and signage design, installation and approval matters.
- Assisted the client in coordinating application processes involving DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and MIDA, together with manufacturing, business and LMW licensing matters.
Result: The transaction was completed and the client successfully secured the Senai factory.
